Yes. I'm open to senior and staff frontend IC roles (full-time, remote) and co-founder or founding engineer opportunities with real equity and ownership. I'm also taking select embedded and sprint engagements when the problem is worth my full attention — describe what you're building and we'll see if there's fit.
Embedded is long-term: I join your team, own a product area, and ship continuously — full-time or retainer. A sprint is short and scoped: one feature, MVP slice, launch push, or rescue pass — usually 2–6 weeks with a clear deliverable. Not sure? Describe your timeline on the form and I'll recommend one.
Sprints and rescue work typically start around 2 weeks. Embedded engagements are usually 3+ months or ongoing retainer. Small advisory calls are possible for architecture or roadmap reviews — reach out and we'll scope it.
I'm based in Europe (CET) and work remotely. I overlap with US East Coast mornings and full EU hours — enough for standups, reviews, and real-time collaboration on most engagements.
Depends on engagement type, scope, and duration. I don't publish a rate card — after a short call I'll send a clear proposal: scope, timeline, and fixed sprint price or monthly retainer. No surprise scope creep.
